Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days after purchase. Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Locations & Timeframes

We currently only ship within the United States. Once your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes 7-8 business days, depending on your location and carrier delays.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to reflect in the system.

Address Accuracy & Non-Refundable Orders

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. We do not offer refunds or replacements for orders with incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. Please double-check your address before placing your order.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the carrier’s hands. If you experience issues with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
